How do I become a new customer?

It is easy to become a new customer of Manart-Hirsch as long as you’re in business. We do not sell retail as we ONLY sell to the trade. Please complete our “New Account Application” form and either email, fax or mail it back to us. Please fill in all Pertinent information including credit card information. If you’re a business located in the state of New York, kindly fill out a New York State Resale Certificate as well.  If you are requesting credit, kindly fill in all commercial credit references as well. As long as your credit card information is complete, you can immediately enjoy the benefits of doing business with Manart-Hirsch.

Minimum Orders

Our minimum order for established accounts is $50. We ask for a minimum order of $250 for your initial order.

Pricing

We at Manart-Hirsch Co., try hard to maintain the most competitive pricing, however prices due change from time to time. Manart-Hirsch Co., Inc reserves the right to change prices if necessary.

Shipping

All orders ship same day unless otherwise stated. Standard daily shipping is through UPS. We also ship DHL and Fed-Ex International as well as USPS. Freight orders will be shipped by most economical available common carrier to your location or customers instructions.

How can I request a catalog?

If you are in business and would like to request a hard copy of our catalog, you may do so by either calling us directly, or emailing us at sales@manart-hirsch.com.  We will be happy to assist you after your new account application is submitted.

How do I place an order?

We love to hear from our customers by phone, but you may also E-mail, Fax or order directly through our website by computer or mobile device.

Claims and Shortages

Claims for shortages or defective merchandise must be made within 5 days after receipt of goods before they are cut or manufactured. If defects do occur, please do not replace or repair, as we assume no liability beyond replacement of the defective merchandise. This is in line with regular manufacturing policy. Claims cannot be allowed for consequential labor or repairs that are incident to the use of, installation or removal and replacement of defective merchandise.
